Welcome to Food Land Survival

Our Privacy Policy explains how we and some of the companies we work with collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our mobile services, web site, and any software provided on or in connection with Food Land Survival services (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”), and your choices about the collection and use of your information. Our Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service (“Users”).

By using our Service you understand and agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Food Land Survival unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect and further process the following types of information.

Information that we collect automatically:

When you use our Services, we may also collect certain information automatically from you and/or your device which may be considered personal information under applicable data protection laws, such as:

• Data and analytics about your use of our Services (e.g. in-game play progress, levels, games played, session length, preferred settings, which in-game adverts you may have viewed, in-game preferences or just game preferences, which friends you connect with, the means by which you were referred to our Services)
• Your IP address and device identifiers such as your Advertising ID, Device ID numbers (for more see here “Advertising IDs and Device IDs”) (the internet address the Game uses to connect to the Internet);
• MAC address (an unique hardware address the device uses to connect to the Internet);
• Device type (e.g. iPhone X, iPad Pro, Samsung Galaxy S9, etc.);
• OS version (type of operating system and the version thereof);
• Game version (specific Game(s) and the versions thereof); 
• General geographic location (e.g. country or city location) based on your IP address.

“Advertising ID” means the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) on Apple, and Google Advertising Identity (“GAID”). These are unique identifiers for mobile devices that advertisers use for interest-based advertising. They are consistent across all apps and thus allow cross-app tracking. On Apple, you can opt out by choosing the “limit ad tracking” option in the privacy settings. On Google Android, you can opt out by choosing the “Opt out of interest based ads.” Advertising IDs are non-permanent, non-personal identifiers uniquely associated with your device. Similar technologies include tracking pixels within ads. These technologies allow companies (including marketers and advertisers) to recognize your device when you use websites and applications.

Analytics information:

• We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service assist us in improving the Service.

Log Data:

• We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

2. How Food Land Survival uses your information
   

We use information about you as mentioned above and for the purposes listed below:

• To personalize your experience using our Services, provide content recommendations, target our marketing messages to groups of our users.
• To further develop and improve our Services–for example, by adding new features that we think our users will enjoy or will help them to create and manage their User Content more efficiently.
• To monitor and analyze trends and better understand how users interact with our Services, which helps us improve our Services and make them easier to use.
• To provide personalized content and information to you and others, which could include online ads or other forms of marketing.
• To monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns.
• To diagnose or fix technology problems.
• To automatically update the Food Land Survival application on your device.
• To monitor and prevent any problems with our Services, protect the security of our Services, detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities, fight spam, and protect the rights and property of Users, which may result in us declining our Service to individuals.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside Food Land Survival without your consent, except as noted in this Policy.

Third Party Vendors: 

We may share User Content and your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you (“Service Providers”). Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms.

Responding to legal requests and preventing harm: 

We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside of the United States where we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards. We may also access, preserve and share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of investigations; and to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. Information we receive about you may be accessed, processed and retained for an extended period of time when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm.

4. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. However, Food Land Survival cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to Food Land Survival or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Please do your part to help us. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and Food Land Survival, at all times. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization.

5. Your choices about your information

Opt-Out of Marketing Communications: 

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us. Just follow the instructions in those communications or let us know. If you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you other communications, like those about your account and legal notices.

Your account information and profile settings: 

Update your account at any time by logging in and changing your profile settings. Unsubscribe from email communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications. As noted above, you may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

How long we keep your User Content:

Following termination or deactivation of your account, Food Land Survival or its Service Providers may retain information (including your profile information) and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.

6. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

7. Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
